Compassion – DOVES caregivers take great pride and honor in serving our clients.  All are highly skilled and trained professionals.  Our caregivers are sought and selected for their compassion toward others, and in particular the elderly and infirm.   Extensive interviews and reference checks occur prior to hiring. 

Communications – DOVES seeks to enrich the lives of our clients.  Assisting individuals regain or maintain independence is central to our mission.  Clients, in collaboration with their family and personal physician, receive an individualized plan of care by a registered nurse.  With proper compliance and communications, we seek to eliminate or minimize unnecessary hospitalizations, illnesses and injuries. 

Change – DOVES recognizes that the needs of our clients are constantly changing along with the challenges they create.  Our caregivers, social workers, and nurses are skilled in recognizing relevant changes and establishing realistic and viable solutions.  Whether that is in the form of the level of service, frequency or number of hours, we are as open and flexible to change, as our clients are unique.

Cost – DOVES only requires a 2-hour minimum and bases its fees on each client’s specific and unique needs.  Although our caregivers are extremely skilled and paid well above industry standards, we are able to offer clients unparalleled value.

Continuity – DOVES is a proud member of Centrix Health Resources, a home-care company offering physician, home health, hospice, medical equipment, and care management services.  Our ability to coordinate care ensures proper continuity for our clients and their families.  Medicare and most insurances are accepted for covered services.
